CosmolytX is a fully offline, single-player mobile arcade game.

This privacy policy explains how we handle your data. The short

version: we don't collect any.

1. NO DATA COLLECTION

CosmolytX does not collect, store, transmit, or share any

personal data or information of any kind. We have no servers,

no databases, no analytics pipelines, and no tracking systems

of any kind.

We do not know who you are. We do not know that you installed

the game. We do not know how you play it.

2. FULLY OFFLINE

----------------

CosmolytX works completely offline. The app requires no internet

connection at any point during installation, launch, gameplay,

or any other interaction. No network requests are made by this

application.

3. NO PERMISSIONS REQUIRED

CosmolytX requests zero device permissions. The app does not

access or request access to any of the following:

  - Camera

  - Microphone

  - Location (GPS or network-based)

  - Contacts or address book

  - Phone state or call logs

  - Storage (external read/write)

  - Bluetooth

  - Any other sensitive device feature

If your device shows any permission request from this app,

4. NO LOGIN OR ACCOUNT SYSTEM

CosmolytX has no user accounts, no registration, no sign-in,

and no user profiles. You do not need to provide any personal

information — including your name, email address, or any other

identifier — to use this app.

5. LOCAL STORAGE ONLY

----------------------

The only data stored by CosmolytX is game-related data saved

locally on your device, including:

  - High scores per game mode

  - Best survival time

  - Best combo count

  - Total smashes and play time

  - Settings (music volume, SFX volume, etc.)

  - Unlocked achievements

  - Selected sphere/customization preferences

This data is stored using Android's SharedPreferences API and

is kept entirely on your device. It is never transmitted,

synced, backed up to external servers, or shared with any

third party.

You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app.

6. NO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

CosmolytX does not integrate any third-party SDKs, services,

or libraries that collect data, including but not limited to:

  - Advertising networks (AdMob, Meta Audience Network, etc.)

  - Analytics platforms (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)

  - Crash reporting services (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)

  - Social media SDKs (Facebook, Google Sign-In, etc.)

  - Attribution services (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.)

7. NO ADS

CosmolytX contains no advertisements of any kind. There are no

banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded video ads, native ads,

or any other form of advertising or sponsored content.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

CosmolytX does not collect any personal information from anyone,

including children under the age of 13. Since no data is

collected at all, the app is safe for users of all ages.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this privacy policy is ever updated, the new version will be

made available through the app's store listing. Since the app

collects no data, any changes are unlikely to affect users in

any meaningful way.
